Support Ticket System

Motivation

We implemented a new support system on all our channels. Thereby we are taking the big step from an overflowing inbox to a transparent and fair ticketing system. It will be a great improvement for our support service and gives you plenty of possibilities to get in contact with us. Whether you prefer writing emails, using the widget on our website or the Help Center directly, all requests are collected centrally and will be processed by their number - fair and square.

In the introductory stage it can come to irregularities, as we are not yet accustomed to this new tool. We would like to thank you for your patience!

This new system also offers you the possibility of giving feedback. Critique and suggestions are highly appreciated.

Channels

Email

Both, emails to support(at)nextnano.com and support(at)nextnano.eu will automatically create a support ticket.

Widget

The easiest way, if you encounter a problem or do not find what you search for on our website - just click in the bottom right corner and fill out the form.

Help Center

Here you can raise a request or view your current/closed support tickets. It is all kept together, media files and conversation on your request.

How to set up your account

This only needs to be done once. If you encounter any problems, don't hesitate to contact us! Just click on the link View your support ticket in the first mail you receive, after creating a ticket (see screenshot below). You will be leaded through the process of setting up your help center account. Note, you don't need an account for the communication on your ticket but you will need one to access files which are provided by our support team.
